Es una residencia familiar. Se preocupan mucho por cada uno a título personal y el trato es cercano y atento. Se preocupan por la comodidad de los residentes y se molestan por mejorar. Comparada con otras residencias de otros compañeros diría que para mí es la mejor . Ofrece diversos precios en función de la habitación a escoger.

La residencia está en el centro y a la vez cerca de todas las facultades. La comida casera y el personal te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La recomiendo para el inicio de estudios en León.

He vivido en la residencia Unamuno 2 años, mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, es una residencia pequeña y ha sido mi segunda casa, ya que el ambiente es muy familiar y agradable, la comida es muy casera y rica y su situación es excelente, ya que esta en el centro, pero no hay ruido de ningún tipo. La aconsejo para estudiantes sobre todo de primer curso ,por la cercania con el personal , que siempre te ayudan ante cualquier problema que tengas, como por el ambiente con el restos de estudiantes, yo he hecho grandes amigos.
